Really, it's less about balance and more about prioritization and organization. Working and raising kids is A LOT to juggle, and it's hard – I know because I am living it too.
Coaching is great for you if you are trying to:
I'm here to help navigate tricky leadership situations. I am going to put on my HR hat (a 15-year-old hat), and help you explore every facet of your tricky situation so you can find the right solution for you.
Every day, tricky situations that I know all too well, but not limited to
Owning a small business is hard. You are the manager, the doer, the marketing strategist, the accountant, the human resources person, and the customer support person. You deserve a thought-partner to help you think through all the moving parts. I am not an expert in your chosen craft, but I do know a thing or two about processes, systems, and organizing lots of moving parts.
Let's work together if you need help with:
The best way to get started is to try coaching, and the first session is on me! For coaching to be effective, we have to have a like working with each other. A complimentary coaching session is an excellent way for you to experience my coaching style and decide if it works for you. This is a real coaching session, so bring your topic and let's get to work.
All sessions are done via Zoom, with or without the camera.
I love a good question, send it my way!
I'll get back to you within one business day.
I have more than 15 years doing HR from inside and outside organizations, big and small. I have an MBA in Management and Leadership, and I held an ICF Coaching credential from 2016 through 2022. I am currently enrolled in a Master's program for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Anyone else tired of trying to do it all? Me. Too. That's why I'm here, so I can reestablish a much-needed harmony (I don't like the word balance) in my life. I am a wife and mother of three amazing (but let's be real, high-energy) kids. I finally got tired of trying to do it all. I am in the midst of a beautiful transition from a career in HR to a career as a therapist.

I am a thought partner, not a miracle worker. As your coach, my job is to walk alongside you as you explore your situation. I will empathize with you. I will ask lots of questions, sometimes hard questions. I will gently point out potential roadblocks that might be limiting your success. I believe in guiding you towards uncovering your own inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. I believe you can create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life.
Coaching is not therapy. I do not work with clients who are looking for help to address mental health challenges, like depression or anxiety. I encourage anyone who is suffering from mental health challenges to seek a licensed professional. Coaching is for those who need help navigating or proactively mitigating stressful situations or taking action toward a goal. It is possible to work with a therapist on your mental well-being and a coach on proactive problem-solving.
